Onebill Value disables the normal telephone line so there is no separate line rental charge. This means if the broadband stops working so does the telephone . If you live in an area where mobile signal is poor or you do not have a mobile this risk may outweigh the benefits of the lower costs.
If possible we will transfer your existing telephone number so it remains the same. If you would prefer us not to do this please select ‘New phone number’ on the application form.
Onebill value is a minimum of 12 months contract.
