New line installation management 40.00€

If you need a new telephone line installed and don’t want the hassle of it, or you simply just want one point of contact, we can manage this for you for a one off fee of 40.00€.

We’ll make contact with France Telecom for you, arrange the engineer’s attendance at your property and deal with any queries that arise.

France Telecom does make a one off charge as the line remains its property. This usually varies between 55.00€ for the reactivation of an existing line and up to 125.00€ for the installation of a basic line, usually involving connection to a nearby service point.

Where a new pole has to be erected or other specific work undertaken an estimate will be provided and your acceptance will be needed before the work can start.

When activated your line will be transferred automatically to  UKtelecom (you may, however receive one bill from France Telecom regarding line rental, this should be reimbursed by France Telecom).
